NHL Announces Promotion of Anthony Morris to Head of Engineering

NHL is proud to officially announce the promotion of Anthony Morris to the position of Head of Engineering, recognising his exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and almost 30 years of dedicated service to the company.

Anthony’s journey at NHL began as a draughtsman, creating detailed cylinder drawings for both customers and production. Holding a HND in Engineering, he has built a career grounded in hands on experience, problem solving, and a true understanding of NHL’s products and processes.

Over the years, Anthony has worked in key department across the business including Design, Purchasing, Stores, Planning, and Production. This broad exposure has equipped him with a unique, end-to-end perspective of the company’s operations and customer needs. His return to engineering marked a pivotal point, where his passion, insight, and leadership helped grow a highly capable team spanning design, process, and quality.
